It’s getting patently obvious that acting on what our rational mind is telling us to do and ignoring our intuition,  our feelings,  just doesn’t work for us  any more. In fact, according to my recent experience,  it’s  working quite forcibly  against us.  Let me elucidate: on four or five occasions at least over the last ten days,  I’ve allowed myself to be swept along with the current just because there has been no apparent  ”reason”  why I shouldn’t go with the flow,  even though my inner feelings and/or intuition, have been screaming “No! No! No!  This isn’t going to work!”  Hopefully,  after experiencing quite a lot of irritation and  frustration when what was planned and intended  didn’t work out,  as well as wasting  time and money - albeit a very small amount - I’ve now  learned my lesson.

In retrospect, I think I ignored my intuition because  I didn’t want to disappoint people or let them  down.  Yet,  when  events  didn’t work out as planned and intended,  it was because of a variety of reasons,  all of which were absolutely beyond my personal control. Although we all knew that changes in the way we interact with others were desperately needed,  I’m amazed at how quickly the laws of the “old” patriarchal regime and its’ corresponding codes and patterns of behaviour are being rejected by ever increasing numbers of people. Obviously, more and more of us are waking up and taking our power back from those who seek, or have sought,  to dominate and control us.  

Those people who are still heavily invested in the “old” way of doing things  aren’t giving up their positions of power and dominance without a struggle, however,  and many of us have been witnessing some unpleasant “final throes” as these adherents of the dying regime  attempt to hold on to their status,  control and power over us. There have been some very gruelling incidents and encounters for some of us as these increasingly unstable characters have resorted to all kinds of unprincipled tactics  designed to keep us in line and in our place( which according to them is doing what they want us to do.)  I’ve heard of people threatening, lying, deceiving,  bribing, and/or, launching vicious verbal attacks and assaults on those who are starting to refuse to be, or do,  exactly what these tyrants and bullies want.   Read the rest of this entry »

Just a quick note. There are two websites I always use to check that the information and guidance I’m receiving from the Higher Realms is on-line, as it were, with current Ascension Energies. I use these two particular sites because their information always resonates uncannily accurately with my own feelings, perceptions, understanding and  promptings.   One of these sites is “Starchild Global,” which I have listed on my Links page, the other is Karen Bishop’s, “What’s Up On Planet Earth?”  

Reading Ms. Bishop’s latest energy alert for June 11th (2008) I couldn’t believe that she receives e-mails from people  disaggreeing and/or correcting  her about her information. I was astonished, so I wanted to come out in support of her and tell you that her  latest “alert” in which she summarizes and explains the  Ascension energies and the effects they have on us, and what we need to do in order to continue our ascension successfully,  is  - IMHO - absolutely spot on.  The reason I don’t write this kind of report myself is because these two women do it so well and so accurately, allowing me  to focus on a particular issue or aspect of the ascension process that I have experienced  on a personal level.

 Freeing Ourselves From The Underdog Position.

Ascension energies continue to provoke power struggles in  our relationships as many of us are waking up to the fact that we have been dominated, controlled or manipulated, often in quite subtle ways, by people who don’t always have our best interests at heart. These waves of Ascension energy produce within us a powerful desire to experience equality, justice and freedom in all areas of our life. Basically, on a soul level,  we are yearning  to experience democracy in all aspects of life and in all our relationships,  from the personal to the professional,  to the national and the  international. What this means,  is that we  are becoming unwilling and unable to tolerate an unequal balance of power in our relationships. In particular, we no longer want to be the ”underdog.” 

Some of us are  just now waking up to the fact that we have been been controlled or manipulated,   we are seeing imbalances and inequities  that previously we have been oblivious to, or perhaps that we just accepted as being “the way things are.” Whatever the case, many of us are now struggling to free  ourselves from the “underdog” position.  This isn’t easy,  because once  one of the participants in an unequal  relationship refuses to continue to submit passively to another’s  control, a power struggle ensues, and this can be very painful, even traumatic. 

These power struggles are very necessary, however,  they are reflecting the challenge  of the old Masculine, or Patriarchal, version of power,  by the new Sacred Feminine, or ”Goddess ” version of power.  The old version of power  is based on subjugation, supremacy, domination and control, while  the new version is completely democratic in nature.  Put simply, the old power heirarchy  is  in the process of being ousted by our   growing insistence that all relationships operate fairly, with both,  or all participants  in the relationship,  sharing equal power and status. 

What is making underdogs even more determined to break free from those who seek to control, limit  and dominate them, is the  Sacred Feminine energy’s  insistence on personal autonomy and individual freedom. So, if you have been, or are now, involved in an unpleasant power struggle with someone, or more than one person, know that it is your soul that is urging you to free yourself from any kind of  domination, control,  and/or restriction.  For, as  we free ourselves from all forms of unjust control and oppression, we are playing our part in creating a better, fairer future for the world, not just ourselves.
