As We Awaken . . .

As we awaken spiritually we become more conscious and aware.  We begin to see and understand more about what is going on around us. We become more consciously “present” in the present.

As we continue to awaken we  begin the process of unifying our self, our consciousness,  with the ”rest” of the world.  We  start to heal the illusion of separation that exists between our self and the world, the world  we have believed - falsely -  to be separate, distinct and apart from us. 

Until we begin to awaken,  we are unconscious most of the time, living life inside  our “head.” For the most part, we  are lost and absorbed  in a private world of our own, our  thoughts often centering  on the past or the future.   At this stage, we are often completely unaware that everything that exists is connected.
